Will focuses on investments involving fundamental innovation in communications, embedded systems and semiconductors. His current focus is CorEdge Networks, a company helped to start in 2004. CorEdge Networks is a leading developer of AdvancedTCA, MicroTCA, AdvancedMC, and IPMI products and Will, as the VP of Marketing and Business Development, leads the strategy and customer facing new business development, sales and marketing activities.

Will combines technical skill with operating experience. Prior to Signal Lake, Will was the founding MIT Campus Partner for ITU Ventures where he invested in startups including Isovia (sold to JP Mobile) and OnWafer Technologies (sold to KLA Tencor). Will also was a founding member of Fidelity's web team, was President of an Internet finance portal and worked with Adero, an internet-wide, global content distribution network startup. He worked for Texas Instruments in both technical and marketing roles. He has nine patents applied or granted.

Will holds a bachelor's and masters from Tufts in Electrical Engineering with and an MBA from MIT.
